The seminar will also include the development of teams and role-playing around a simulated event to educate attendees on strategies for crisis management and resumption of operations and the management of legal liability issues. The seminar will also include instruction on best practices on each of the key topics addressed in the exercise.

Attendees will experience: 

  • The formation of several hypothetical organizations with interdependent activities
  • An event impact with multiple escalations
  • The need for ongoing communication to mitigate impacts
  • The consideration of technical requirements, impacts, and solutions
  • The identification of lessons and discussion of strategies
  • Training of technical strategies for crisis management, risk mitigation, legal liability management, telework strategies, and asset management
  • Plan Review Discussion- a general discussion of the key strengths and weaknesses in plans provided to the trainers for review.

     EARLY REGISTRATION OF $229 until August 31. Normal registration of $249 starts on September 1, 2010
